A collaboration between Silicon Bay and Laney LA architects, this 3,750-square-foot home was featured as a Los Angeles Times Home of the Week. It is centrally located on a quiet part of The Strand between the Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach piers. Spanning three stories, it includes a beach room with a 12-foot quartzite bar, a sunken courtyard 6 feet from the sand and a penthouse owner’s suite with a mini bar. Filled with warm woods and walls of glass, every single space takes in sweeping ocean views.
